The relief and education of local disabled children by the provision of therapeutic, educational and stimulating toys and equipment and in furtherance of such object the toy library shall aim:
- To assist the development from the earliest age of all local disabled children whatever their disability through all forms of play activity
- To lend them the best available toys
- To provide an opportunity for shared professional and non-professional involvement in a voluntary service for local disabled children.
